Planet of the Apes: Cataclysm

Here's another great Planet of the Apes cover from Gabriel Hardman for a new ongoing series over at Boom! Studios. I've had some really good luck with getting some GREAT covers to color lately.

Here's the announcement of the series over at Comics Alliance, which you should go check out to see the other covers by some amazing artists. Below is Gabe's cover with my colors. I was thinking of that James Bond Moonraker poster when I picked my color scheme for this one, blue and yellow!

Damn dirty apes...

I love the first 5 Planet of the Apes movies (hated the Burton one, enjoyed the most recent one). I also love Gabriel Hardman and Chris Samnee art. So, the day that I colored two Apes covers drawn by those guys was a really good day. They're for the Planet of the Apes Annual from Boom! Studios (out in August I think).
