Wonder Woman #27 is out today (Jan 22nd). I liked all the palettes I ended up with in this issue, so it's hard to pick my favorite scene, but this one was fun to do...

Modbook Pro for sale! Get ya Modbook Pro here! SOLD
I've sold the Modbook. Thanks for your interest.
In 2013, I learned that I actively try to avoid working while on the road despite owning a Modbook Pro which enables me to do just that. In my mind, I saw myself working in the airport while waiting for a connecting flight, or coloring at the table at a convention, or catching up on work in the hotel room. In reality, I choose to people watch in the airport, talk with people or walk around at the conventions, and I was only in my hotel room to sleep. My solution to working on the road seems to be to work longer hours before and after my trips, and then take little to no work with me.
So, in 2014, I've decided to sell my "like new" Modbook Pro. Seriously, this thing is in EXCELLENT condition. I've probably logged 30-40 hours on it all year, and when it's not in use it lives in a nice soft padded laptop pocket in my backpack and kept in a closet away from dust and debris. The outer casing has no scratches, dents, or dings. I've kept the original box (and all manuals) that the Modbook Pro came in, so it will be well padded and protected while being shipped to you.
I wrote a review of the Modbook when I first bought it, which you can read here. My thoughts pretty much remain the same after a year of use, and it served my purposes well.
Read on to find out more details about it!
Specs:
-2.5 GHz Intel Core i5 Processor (Turbo Boost up to 3.1GHz) with 3MB L3 Cache-16GB Original Modbook Pro EnergySaver Dual Channel Memory Kit (2 x 8GB) *The base ammount of memory on a new Modbook Pro is 4GB of RAM, mine has been upgraded to 16GB*-Intel HD Graphics 4000 chipset-120GB Original Modbook Pro Sanshara solid-state drive-Display - 13.3 inch LCD screen-Pen Tablet Digitizer - Wacom® pen tablet digitizer with 1024 levels of pen pressure-Modbook Digitizer Pen with two programmable buttons-Ports - Thunderbolt, Fire Wire 800, USB 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet, SDXC card, Audio (analog/digital)-Wireless - Wifi 802.11 (a/b/g/n)-Bluetooth 4.0-Operating system - Mac OS X (10.8)What comes in the box:
-Modbook Pro
-Modbook Standard Digitizer Pen with replacement nib kit
-MagSafe power adapter (from base Macbook Pro system)
-Modbook Pro system documentation
-Glass cleaning cloth
-Modbook Shuttle USB 3.0 with cable
-Modbook Pro 3.0 PortDoubler
-Modbook Pro 8GB USB thumb drive
That's everything that came in the box when the system was brand new, and that's exactly what comes in the box of a brand new Modbook Pro.
Another advantage to buying my barely used Modbook Pro over buying a brand new one is that I can ship it to you immediately, while a new one ships whithin 20-25 days.
You can compare my Modbook Pro to a brand new one with the same processor, and less RAM by clicking here.
The cost to buy my Modbook Pro is $2,300 plus shipping, so you'll be saving about $500 (more if you include the sales tax you'd pay on a new Modbook Pro) for a machine that is like new. I am only accepting Paypal for payment.
As an added bonus I'll throw in your choice of two signed trade paperbacks of comics that I've colored. Titles you can choose from are Phonogram Vol 2: The Singles Club, Wonder Woman Vol 1:Blood, Wonder Woman Vol 2: Guts, The Crow Death and Rebirth (hardcover). Sorry I don't have more selection, but I'm in the process of moving and the rest of my comics are all packed away, so I can't guarantee their availability.
If you are interested, you can email me at fatheadwilson at gmail dot com.
Thanks!

Swamp Thing #27
Swamp Thing came out yesterday. This issue is the end of a great arc. As always, Charles writes some awesome scenes and Jesus draws them beautifully. I just try not to mess the whole thing up.
